"I, Sardar Baljeet Singh Azad, have prepared this Bhartiya Students' Rights Act (BSRA), 2026 after carefully studying various education systems from different countries, understanding their best practices, and conducting extensive research over a long period of time.
This Act is the result of my sincere dedication, hard work, and countless hours of study, research, and commitment. My only dream is that future generations of students should never have to struggle, protest, or fight for their basic educational rights.
If the principles and recommendations contained in the Bhartiya Students' Rights Act (BSRA), 2026 are carefully examined and considered for implementation in the future, they have the potential to benefit millions of students across India. This proposal aims to contribute towards building an education system that is fair, transparent, accountable, student-centric, and future-ready.
I humbly request the Students of India, Parents, Teachers, Education Experts, the Judiciary, the Government, and every responsible citizen to carefully read this proposal, share their valuable suggestions, and support this initiative if they believe it can contribute to a better future for India's students.
My intention is not to oppose any individual, institution, political party, or government. My purpose is solely to make a constructive contribution towards strengthening India's education system. I firmly believe that if we take the right steps today, future generations will inherit an education system that provides equal opportunity, quality education, justice, dignity, and hope for every student.
This BSRA (2026) is not merely my personal dream. It represents the aspirations of every student in India who believes in a better, fairer, and stronger education system for the future."
भारतीय छात्र अधिकार अधिनियम, 2026 (बीएसआरए)
यह दस्तावेज़ एक सार्वजनिक नीति (Public Policy) का प्रस्ताव है, जिसे चर्चा, सुझाव और भविष्य में सरकार द्वारा विचार किए जाने के उद्देश्य से तैयार किया गया है।
मैं, सरदार बलजीत सिंह आज़ाद, ने भारत के विभिन्न देशों की शिक्षा प्रणालियों का गहराई से अध्ययन करने, उनकी सर्वोत्तम व्यवस्थाओं को समझने और लंबे समय तक व्यापक शोध करने के बाद "भारतीय छात्र अधिकार अधिनियम (BSRA), 2026" तैयार किया है।
यह अधिनियम मेरी सच्ची लगन, कठिन परिश्रम, अनगिनत घंटों की पढ़ाई, शोध और समर्पण का परिणाम है। मेरा केवल एक सपना है कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के छात्रों को अपने बुनियादी शैक्षणिक अधिकारों के लिए कभी संघर्ष, विरोध या आंदोलन न करना पड़े।
यदि "भारतीय छात्र अधिकार अधिनियम (BSRA), 2026" में दिए गए सिद्धांतों और सुझावों का भविष्य में गंभीरता से अध्ययन किया जाए और उन्हें लागू करने पर विचार किया जाए, तो इससे भारत के करोड़ों छात्रों को लाभ मिल सकता है। इस प्रस्ताव का उद्देश्य एक ऐसी शिक्षा व्यवस्था बनाने में योगदान देना है जो न्यायसंगत, पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह, छात्र-केंद्रित और भविष्य के लिए तैयार हो।
मैं भारत के सभी छात्रों, अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों, शिक्षा विशेषज्ञों, न्यायपालिका, सरकार तथा प्रत्येक जिम्मेदार नागरिक से विनम्र अनुरोध करता हूँ कि वे इस प्रस्ताव को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें, अपने मूल्यवान सुझाव दें और यदि उन्हें विश्वास हो कि यह भारत के छात्रों के बेहतर भविष्य में योगदान दे सकता है, तो इस पहल का समर्थन करें।
मेरा उद्देश्य किसी व्यक्ति, संस्था, राजनीतिक दल या सरकार का विरोध करना नहीं है। मेरा एकमात्र उद्देश्य भारत की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने में रचनात्मक योगदान देना है। मेरा दृढ़ विश्वास है कि यदि हम आज सही कदम उठाएँगे, तो आने वाली पीढ़ियों को ऐसी शिक्षा व्यवस्था मिलेगी जो प्रत्येक छात्र को समान अवसर, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, न्याय, सम्मान और आशा प्रदान करेगी।
यह BSRA (2026) केवल मेरा व्यक्तिगत सपना नहीं है, बल्कि यह भारत के उन सभी छात्रों की आकांक्षाओं का प्रतीक है जो भविष्य के लिए एक बेहतर, अधिक न्यायपूर्ण और मजबूत शिक्षा व्यवस्था में विश्वास रखते हैं।
